Daniel McNamara, J.D.

Daniel McNamara, J.D., is a Senior Associate with Ferenczy Benefits Law Center in Atlanta, Georgia, where he works on the creation and servicing of defined contribution, defined benefit, 403(b), 457(b), and cafeteria plans.

Daniel has over 25 years of industry experience, and has worked on sales and service teams dedicated to to some of the largest defined contribution plans in the United States, including deep experience with Puerto Rico plans and Nonqualified 409(A) plans.  In addition, Dan speaks at various in-person and virtual industry conferences and is the current chairperson of the ASPAA Government Affairs Committee – Plan Documents Subcommittee.
