Ferenczy Benefits Law Center is proud to present the 2023 Pensions on Peachtree Conference, which will be live and in-person for the first time since 2019!  Join us April 17-18, 2023 in Atlanta, GA to gain actionable insights, connect with peers and attend educational and engaging sessions designed to encourage critical thinking for retirement plan professionals.

We are offering a one-of-a-kind conference experience this year.  Conference sessions will commence with an in-depth dive into legislative and regulatory updates.  After that, we will offer a series of interactive and thought-provoking sessions where attendees will be provided with technical instruction, followed by the unique opportunity to apply what they have learned to collaborate and explore solutions to case studies based on real-life situations. The conference will then follow tradition by wrapping up with Ferenczy-style Ethics and Ask the Oracles sessions.

Conference speakers include: Ilene Ferenczy, Alison Cohen, S. Derrin Watson, Adrienne Moore, Carolyn Cumbee, and more.

Throughout the conference, attendees can take part in our Armchair Expert sidebar, which provides the opportunity to discuss your questions one-on-one with a Ferenczy Benefits Law Center lawyer. 

As part of the conference, the annual, renowned Barbecue will be hosted by the one and only Ilene Ferenczy! Held Monday evening at Ilene’s home, folks will unwind and enjoy amazing food and drinks, while networking in an incredibly relaxed and comfortable setting.  This will also give you a chance to put a face to the name of your favorite FBLC attorneys and staff, as well as to meet colleagues and start friendships that can last for your professional lifetime. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be sent via email to events@ferenczylaw.com. A refund will be accommodated based on the date the cancellation request is received: If received prior to March 15, 2023, a full refund will be granted.  If received between March 15 – April 1, 2023, a 50% refund will be granted.  Refunds cannot be accommodated for requests received after April 1, 2023.  However, requests to transfer registration to another individual will be accommodated if the transfer request is received no later than April 8, 2023.
