Attendance Verification Form
Attendance Verification Process for CE/CLE Credit
After each session, a unique attendance code will display on the screen which you must enter into the Attendance Verification Form to receive CE credit for that session. We recommend entering each code directly following each session. The deadline to enter all session codes is Friday, April 21, 2023.
