2024 PENSIONS ON PEACHTREE CONFERENCE
Ferenczy Benefits Law Center was proud to present the 2024 Pensions on Peachtree Conference – Live and in-person! The conference was held on April 15-16 2024 in Atlanta, GA. Speakers included Ilene Ferenczy, Alison Cohen, Derrin Watson, and the Ferenczy Team! As part of the conference, the renowned BBQ was held and hosted by the one and only, Alison Cohen.
NIPA BUSINESS MANAGERS CONFERENCE – Scottsdale, AZ
Ilene Ferenczy will travel to Scottsdale during January 17-19 , 2024 to present a session on Secure 2.0 and what it means going into 2024.
FIS ADVANCED PENSION CONFERENCE – virtual
Derrin Watson and Ilene Ferenczy were once again the mainstays of the faculty for this annual winter conference in February 2024. Derrin and Ilene either individually or co-presented the following webcasts: “Keeping Current,” “They’re Here For the Long-Term: What You Need To Know About Long-Term Part-Time Employees,” “But You Promised: How the Anti-Cutback Rule Impacts Plan Design and SECURE 2.0 Features,” and “An EPCRS Primer: A Review of the Key Terms and Concepts for the IRS’s Error Correction Program.” They were also be panelists for the ever-popular “Pension Jeopardy,” as well as “Ask the Experts.”
