Since 1997, Laura has worked primarily within smaller third‑party administrator firms serving local and small business employers, an environment she values for its practical, hands‑on approach to problem solving and collaboration. Growing up as an army brat, Laura is comfortable navigating change and has built her career by applying lessons learned from each role.
