Toni Tardy
Toni Tardy is an Executive Administrative Assistant at Ferenczy Benefits Law Center. She has worked in the legal field since college, beginning as a runner and legal assistant before finding her professional home in retirement plans. With more than 15 years of experience supporting Employee Benefits attorneys, she enjoys the constant learning that comes with the field and especially likes digging into plan documents to understand how they work.
A self-described “finder,” Toni is known for tracking down information, anticipating needs, and helping attorneys focus on the big picture by managing the details. She thrives in collaborative environments and believes the best teams are those where everyone is invested in one another’s success.
Throughout her career, Toni has been fortunate to learn from mentors and colleagues who gave her a voice and encouraged her growth. That spirit of collaboration is one of the things she values most about the employee benefits community and what drew her to Ferenczy Benefits Law Center.
Toni holds the Legal Lean Sigma and Project Management Yellow Belt certification. Since 2020, she has served as Editorial Assistant for the Journal of Pension Benefits and contributes regularly to its Participant Perspectives column.
