Gail Brown serves as Office Manager for Ferenczy Benefits Law Center, where she combines a diverse professional background with a passion for helping people. She studied Business Education and began her administrative career in the interior design, logistics, and real estate industries, where she developed strong management and operational expertise. She later broadened her experience through roles in information technology and finance, creating a well-rounded foundation for her HR leadership.
A self-described born mediator, Gail has always had an innate desire to help people and believes there is no greater calling than being in service to others. That philosophy guides her work at Ferenczy, where she supports employees, fosters collaboration, and helps teams navigate challenges.
